Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Before you order please make sure all information including the contact name, mobile number and address were written clearly. Missing or wrong information may cause delay, additional charge, or lost.

After you complete your payment, an Email of Order Confirmation will be automatically sent to you.
In some cases, additional information may be needed in order to complete the purchase, in which case you will receive a follow-up email from support@matatalab.com with further instructions.

Package Handling Time:
Package Handling Time is usually for 1-3 business day for all shipments. All the items will be shipped from the nearest warehouses depending on your location. Please noticce that your order may be delayed during Festivals and Promotions.

Shipping Delivery Fee
In order to bringe a better shipping experience to our customers, we will choose the most appropriate carriers as our main delivery carrier(including Amazon warehouse), so that our customers will receive their products in the shortest possible time.
